HE. DR. EUNICE ORTOM RECEIVES SUPPORTER OF THE GIRL CHILD AWARD: CHARGES TYOSHIN UNIQUE SISTERS TO SUSTAIN LOVE

Wife of the Executive Governor of Benue State and founder of Eunice Spring of Life Foundation (ESLF), Dr. Mrs. Eunice Erdoo Ortom has called on Tyoshin Daughters to show love and understanding to one another wherever they find themselves.
The Benue First Lady made the call today at the One Year Anniversary and Award Ceremony organized by Tyoshin Unique Sisters (TUS) held at Jut City Lounge Makurdi, to honour her for the massive support to them in the last one year. The Governor’s Wife and First Lady of Benue State was honoured at the occasion as SUPPORTER OF THE GIRL CHILD in recognition of her enormous contributions to the development of the girl child.
Responding, Dr. Mrs. Ortom admonished TUS to always tolerate one another, for growth and development.
While excusing herself to attend to other important functions, Dr. Ortom directed her younger Sister Barr. Mbafan Ianna to stand in her capacity to make sure TUS had a successful anniversary celebration and prayed to God to continue to protect and bless them in all their endeavours.
The Special Adviser to the Governor, Bureau of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Hon. Ken Achabo also received the award of “the Pillar of TUS.”
Hon. Achabo in his response, thanked TUS for recognizing his little efforts to impact on their lives. He encouraged them to stay stronger together in unity especially that their Mother and Elder Sister Dr. Ortom was always ready and willing to assist them achieve their goals.
The Special Adviser expressed appreciation to the First Lady for her uncommon benevolence and love for the girl child, praying God to increase her in strength, wisdom and resources to continue touching the less privileged.
Presenting the awards, the President TUS Miss Adoo Shuul said, TUS are grateful to the First family and Special Adviser for transforming their lives within the last one year. She further said the group could not hide its joy; it was necessary to appreciate Her Excellency and Hon. Achabo for what God has done through them.
