2022 LG Elections : Benue PDP releases screening schedules for aspirants

The ruling People’s Democratic Party In Benue State has released screening schedule for Councillorship aspirants on its platform for the forthcoming Local Government Elections in the state.
A statement signed by the State Organizing Secretary of the party, Mr Moses Audu and made available to Newsmen revealed that, screening for Councillorship aspirants from Zone C shall take place at Exclusive Hotel, GRA, Otukpo while those from Zone B will be having their screening at Doo Palace Hotel, Nyiman in Makurdi.
” Those from Zone A shall have their screening at the residence of Sen Gabriel Suswam in Katsina Ala.” The statement read.
According to Mr Audu, the screening for all Chairmanship aspirants shall take place at the Party State Secretariat in Makurdi ,the Benue State Capital
The statement further revealed that, the screening which commenced today, 1st March 2022 at 12.00 noon shall continue until Thursday, 3rd March at 12.00 noon.
“All aspirants who have purchased and submitted their Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms should turn out at the stipulated venues and time without fail.” The statement further read.
It could be recalled that,the Benue State Independent Electoral Commission (BSIEC) has already brought out the timetable for the conduct of the election in June ,2022.
