AONDOAKAA FELICITATES WITH BENUE PEOPLE ON THIS YEAR’S EASTER

The frontrunner for the governorship poll in 2023 on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC Chief Michael Aondoakaa, SAN has felicitated with the good people of Benue State on this year’s Easter after a successful Lenten season.
The former Chief Law Officer of Nigeria described Easter as a season of solemn reflection and supplication in commemoration of Jesus Christ’s sacrificial suffering, symbolic death, and resurrection for the redemption of the world, and urged the people to emulate Jesus Christ’s sacrificial nature, who gave His life to save the world despite persecution and rejection. He says:
“This season instills in everyone an unusual sense of responsibility. This year’s Easter should serve as a reminder that nothing is too great a sacrifice for love and peace to triumph,” he said.
While urging his supporters, friends, and political allies to avoid unhealthy contests and put the state’s interests first in the run-up to party primaries and 2023 elections, he assures them that the outcome they seek will be in their favor, and in record time by the mercies of God.
Aondoakaa joins all Christians in the state in marking the event of Easter and encourages Benue people to be modest in the celebration as they prepare for the challenges that lie ahead of everyone.
