NOTIFICATION OF DEATH AND BURIAL ARRANGEMENTS OF HON. JUSTICE TERNA U-FEFA PUUSU
The Management of High Court of Justice, Makurdi with heavy heart announce the passing to eternal glory of the former Chief Judge of Benue State, Hon. Justice Terna U-Fefa Puusu, which occurred on the 12th August, 2025 after a brief illness.
Burial arrangement according to the family indicates that Service of songs in his honor holds on Wednesday, 20th August, 2025 at No. 1 Puusu Street, Judges’ Quarters, Makurdi, Benue State by 4: 30 pm.
The statement adds that Valedictory Court Session holds on Thursday, 21st August, 2025 at High Court of Justice Headquarters Premises, Makurdi by 10: 00 am, after which body departs to his country home for all night wake at Tse-Puusu Village, Usar, Adikpo, Kwande LGA, Benue State, while final internment is on Friday, 22nd August, 2025 by 9: 00 am at the same place.
