HON. KEN ACHABO CELEBRATES CHRISTMAS WITH HIS PEOPLE AT THE VILLAGE
Special Adviser to the Governor, Bureau of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Hon. Ken Achabo today joined his people at Tse Awunah, Mbachohon, Gwer West Local Government Area of Benue State to celebrate the birth of Jesus at Christmas
The Special Adviser in his goodwill message thanked the people for their prayers and sustained support for him to effectively pilot affairs of the Bureau, overseeing the 23 Local Government Councils of Benue state.
He also appreciated Governor Samuel Ortom and his amiable wife the First Lady Dr. Eunice Erdoo Ortom, for finding him worthy to serve in the Ortom led PDP administration to help provide dividends of democracy to people at the grassroots.
Responding, the District Head of Mbachohon, Chief Nicholas Nyibiam extolled the Special Adviser for constantly coming home to interface with his people saying, such acts are rare among Tyoshin sons in privileged positions and urged him to keep up the good works.
Chief Nyibiam noted that Hon Achabo had brought home very important personalities within the Benue political and business class to Mbachohon for a thanksgiving mass in October 2021, to support the community church project and has continued to reach out to the less privileged in groups and individual levels, saying such gestures can only be rewarded by God.
The Royal father called for the revitalization of Mbachohon Day for all Mbachohon sons and daughters at home and in the disapora to be coming home together during the festive periods to strengthen their unity and love for community development, urging them to pray for Hon. Achabo to excel in his assignment.
In their separate remarks, Mr. Ayange Gosu who spoke on behalf of Mbachohon Youths, Mrs. Bridget Abodeli for Mbachohon Women, Elder Atser Orshio for Zone A, and Moses Atondu Agbe for zone B, all hailed the Special Adviser for his benevolence, care and love for Tyoshin people regardless of party politics, assuring him of their support and prayers to support his Principal His. Excellency Dr. Samuel Ortom to continue to provide Benue people the desired leadership.
