Bayern Munich confirms huge injury blow before Chelsea’s champion league last 16 second leg.
Robert Lewandowski has been ruled out of the second leg of Chelsea’s Champion’s League round of 16 tie against Bayern Munich after injuring his left knee during last night 3-0 for the Bundesliga leader’s at Stamford bridge. The German side will play without their star player against Chelsea.
The London side Chelsea will also play without Jorginho who was booked with a second yellow card will miss the return leg in Arena Stadium. Marcos Alonso who was shown a red card at the Stamford Bridge will not travel with the team.
